Aztecs is currently seeking an experienced wireless network development Project Manager. Candidates should have extensive experience managing AT&T projects in the Southern California market. Responsibilities include: interfacing with customers and management, design reviews and pre-construction scoping, materials procurement and management, scheduling resources and managing milestones, and ensuring all activities are completed and all close-out documentation is properly submitted. 


Operations Manager

(SoCal Market)

Aztecs is currently seeking an Operations Manager based in Corona, CA. Candidates should be energetic and enthusiastic about the dynamic and challenging nature of the wireless communications industry. This position will be responsible for managing the regional office and warehouse facility, and for ensuring that all field resources have the tools and information necessary to complete their jobs. Candidates should be experienced with managing: safety compliance, fleet, facilities, assets, and inventory, as well as being familiar with general administration, human resources, insurance, finance, project tracking, and information technologies.  


Lead Tower Technician

(SoCal Market)

Aztecs is currently seeking Lead Tower Technicians in the Southern California market (periodic travel outside the market will be required). Candidates should have a minimum of 5-years of experience working on towers in the commercial wireless industry (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.). Lead Technicians must be able to perform all aspects of antenna and lines installation and testing, as well as, tower installation and maintenance. 


Tower Technician - Level 1

Aztecs is currently seeking entry level Tower Technicians in the Southern California market (periodic travel outside the market will be required). Candidates should be in excellent physical condition and be comfortable with working at heights, as this position may require regular climbing (heights may exceed 200 feet). Training or general understanding of electronics, mechanics, and/or construction is preferred. Safety and Installation training will be provided.
